Ford Fiesta Mk7.5 Headlight Duct
3D Printed headlight duct for the facelift Mk7.5 Ford Fiesta including ST180.
This headlight duct gives a direct cold air feed into the engine bay making it an ideal source of cold air for an intake system and is printed in a black UV resistant plastic. Supplied with a template to ensure that the lens cut out is positioned correctly and in two pieces to ensure the headlight can still be split in future if required.
The daytime running light, indicator and main beam are all removed to fit the duct, however the dipped beam, internal circuit board and electrical connector remain therefore this is for track use only. The original chrome bezel can be trimmed down with ease to fit around the duct if required. For final installation, it is recommended to use an adhesive sealant like Sikaflex to bond the duct into position and to reseal the headlight on both the front and back faces.
